Immune System is formulated in such a way that it effectively contributes to normal function of the immune system. Vitamins A, C, D, B6, B12 along with folic acid, selenium and zinc contribute to normal immune function.Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.Vitamins E & C contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress which can be caused by excess free radicals.
