In Buame Leopard menthol is used locally to relief pain, itching and nasal congestion. Turpentine oil is used as rubefacient. Methyl salicylate is an irritant to the the skin and is used in the musculoskeletal, joint and soft-tissue disorders and in inhalation for the symptomatic relief of upper respiratory tract disorders. Lemon grass oil, a counter irritant, relaxes smooth muscles to relieve pain, itching and nasal congestion. Buame Leopard the effect of steam and eases  expectoration. It exerts an excellent adjunctive effect to steam inhalation by lowering the surface tension of sputum and “loosing” the tenacious secretion.
