Neoferon is a haematinic preparation prophylaxis of iron, zinc, vitamin and folic acid deficiency and can also be used for the curative treatment of anaemia.

Once pregnancy is confirmed and for the first trimester of pregnancy, Neoferon should only be used where it is considered essential. The use of most medicines is discouraged during the first trimester of pregnancy.
