Nexium 40mg IV x 10 VIALS

Each vial contains esomeprazole 40 mg (as sodium salt).

Nexium contains a medicine called esomeprazole. This belongs to a group of medicines called ‘proton pump inhibitors’.

Nexium for injection and infusion is indicated in adults for: Gastric antisecretory treatment when the oral route is not possible, such as: – gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in patients with esophagitis and/or severe symptoms of reflux. – healing of gastric ulcers associated with NSAID therapy.
