Wormplex 400 Tablet is used to treat tapeworm infection that affects the brain, muscles and body tissues (neurocysticercosis). It is a prescription medicine. This medicine works by destroying the growth of parasitic worms. This medicine helps by preventing the production of energy (adenosine triphosphate) which is essential for the growth of parasitic worms. Wormplex 400 is also used to treat parasitic infection which affects the liver, lungs, and peritoneum (hydatid disease).
